Our editorial policy

This blog is published by the SemAgent Team (CS Digital Wonders LLC). We aim to share practical posts on answering customers, channels, knowledge bases and measurement that you can put to work.

How we choose topics

Our team sets the list of topics. AI may suggest new ones, but no topic is written before our team approves it.

How we prepare posts

  • We draft posts with the help of AI and say so at the top of every post.
  • Every draft goes through automatic checks: overstated promises, prices and figures, links, length.
  • Someone on our team reads the post, corrects it where needed and approves it. A post that is not approved is not published.

Figures and claims

For product features and prices we use only what our site and help center say. We don't write success rates we haven't measured or promises like "unlimited".

The picture at the top of a post is made with AI, and we say so under it. We don't show real people or brand logos in these pictures; screenshots come from our own product. Charts, dials and figures in these pictures are illustrations, not real data; a figure appears in a picture only when it is in the post's title. Links to other sites are not ads or paid links, and they open in a new tab.

Mistakes and updates

If you find a mistake in a post, write to [email protected]. We correct the post and show the update date for important changes.

Posts on privacy, security and similar topics are general information, not legal advice.
