Store Assistant

“Where is my order?”
Answered for real.

Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Order status, courier tracking, stock and price are read from your store as the question is asked — not from a stale copy in a knowledge base.

Live order & stock on Pro and above · 7-day free trial

A bot reading a knowledge base

Quotes last month's price off an old page. Says “in stock” for something that sold out. Asks for an order number, then says it can't help.

The Store Assistant

Reads price and stock from the store at the moment of asking. Checks stock per variant. Finds the order by number or by email and hands over the tracking code.

Order tracking

It finds the order and says where it is

The customer types an order number or the email they ordered with, and the assistant looks the order up in your store. Status, courier and tracking number come back in one reply.

  • Look up by order number or by email address
  • Status: preparing · shipped · delivered · cancelled
  • Courier name and tracking number
  • What's in the order: which product, how many, which variant
  • It doesn't confuse “how long does delivery take” with order tracking — a policy question gets a policy answer, no order number asked
sample behaviour
Customer: How long does delivery take?
Assistant: Orders arrive in 1-3 working days.

(no order number asked — this is a
           policy question, not order tracking)

Customer: What's happening with order 1042?
Assistant: Shipped, tracking YK83…20.

Product, stock, price

Stock is checked per variant

“Do you have this?” and “do you have the black one in large?” are not the same question. The assistant reads stock per variant, so colour and size are each answered correctly. Price comes from your store too, and a running promotion is quoted at the promotional price.

  • Product search by full name, prefix and tag — near-misses in spelling still land
  • Per-variant stock: colour, size, bundle
  • Current price, sale price and currency, straight from the store
  • It reads the product description as well: fabric, dimensions, materials, the technical section
  • Draft and archived products are never described to a customer
  • Where you don't track stock, it won't claim “sold out” — if the store can sell it, it says so

Actions from chat

Cancellations, returns and address changes — if you want them

A customer can start an order cancellation, a return request or an address change from inside the chat, and it really happens in your store. Off by default. Switch it on and the customer proves who they are with a one-time code sent to the order's email; every action is written to the audit log.

  • Identity check: a one-time code to the email on the order
  • Each action is switched on separately, never all at once
  • The assistant does not refund money — you approve that
  • The verification email carries your store logo and the items on the order
  • Audit log: who did what, on which order, and when

Permissions

You can see how far into your store we reach

The assistant works with exactly the permissions you granted, and no more. The dashboard shows which are granted and which are not — that isn't our promise, it's your store's own answer.

  • Read permissions: products, orders, customers, stock
  • Write permissions are switched on one at a time; none is on by default
  • If you want a permission gone, it names where to remove it
  • Connection credentials are stored encrypted

Handover

It passes the hard ones to you

An angry customer, a damaged item, a payment problem: these are not for the assistant to close on its own. The conversation goes to your team and the assistant stops replying. A summary and a priority tag come with it.

  • Automatic handover on anger, damage and payment trouble
  • The handover carries a summary of the conversation and a priority tag
  • Working hours: outside them it takes an email and brings it to you in the morning
  • Handover alerts by email, WhatsApp or SMS

FAQ

About the Store Assistant

Can prices and stock go stale?
No. Price, stock and order status are read from your store the moment the question is asked, not from a copy in the knowledge base. Start a promotion and the assistant quotes the promotional price.
Could it say “sold out” for something you're still selling?
We read stock per variant and we don't say “sold out” for variants where you don't track stock. If your store leaves tracking off, that variant is always sellable — and the assistant treats it that way.
Can a customer cancel an order on my behalf?
Only if you switch it on; it is off by default. When it's on, the customer proves who they are with a one-time code sent to the order's email address, and the action is written to the audit log. The assistant never issues the refund — you approve that.
Which of my store's data do you reach?
Only what your permissions allow. The dashboard lists each permission and whether it's granted — that's your store's answer, not our claim. If you want one removed, we name where to remove it.
Is this a different product from the Support Assistant?
A different page, the same assistant. Connecting your store adds order, stock and price to what it can read; it doesn't stop answering from your site content. Your return policy comes from the knowledge base, the order status from the store.
Which plan?
E-commerce chat mode can be switched on across all plans; live order and stock actions are included on Pro and above. There's no separate e-commerce package — usage comes out of your one credit balance. See the plans →
