What happens when I hit my limit?
Limits are hard caps: new requests pause, and no overage is ever charged automatically. Upgrade whenever you like; your customers see a graceful redirect message, never an error screen.
What exactly is a "credit"?
Everything you do draws from one credit balance. A chat answer ≈ 1 credit; an agent task uses 8–35 credits depending on its size; a page crawl is 2 credits. 1 credit = $0.01 of value. Your usage panel shows the balance in real time — when it runs out, usage pauses; your bill never balloons.
What do I actually save by paying yearly?
You use 12 months and pay for 10 — 2 months free (about 17% off). Example: Pro yearly at $490 works out to ~$41/mo (versus $49/mo on the monthly plan).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like; service runs to the end of the billing period. After cancellation your data is kept for a reasonable time and you can export it.
What happens when my trial ends?
The 7-day free trial on Starter and Pro requires a card; when the trial ends, the plan you chose is billed automatically. If it's not for you, cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing. For Enterprise, you talk to sales.
Which plan should I get for my e-commerce site?
There's no separate e-commerce plan — Shopify integration and e-commerce chat mode are available on every plan; live order and stock actions are included on Pro and above (WooCommerce also connects; Ticimax is in development). You connect your store after signup under Settings → E-commerce. Usage draws from your plan's credits.
What about enterprise needs (custom limits, custom onboarding)?
On Enterprise, limits are set to your needs; Voice AI, priority support and guided onboarding are included. Contact us — we reply the same day.
